Cliquid 3.2 or MultiQuant 2.1 Installation Failure Component Visual C 2010 Runtime Librariesx86 has failed to install.

Issue Description 

When installing Cliquid 3.2 or MultiQuant 2.1 the installation fails and the following message is displayed

 Resolution

1. Exit the Installer
2. Go to Add/Remove Programs on Windows XP or Programs and Features on Windows 7
3. Locate Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 x86 redistributable v. 10.0.40219 and uninstall it.

4. Installation of MultiQuant or Cliquid should now complete properly.  If needed Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 x86 redistributable v. 10.0.40219 can be re-installed at this point. http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=8328
