This course is intended to cover the theory of Differential Mobility Separation (DMS) Technology and how to use the SelexION device with your mass spectrometer.

After taking this course, you should be able to:

• Understand the theory of DMS and DMS method parameters
• Install the SelexION device and equilibrate the system before use
• Optimize DMS method parameters for your analytes
• Perform basic maintenance tasks
