Restoring Missing Toolbars and Menus in Analyst® Software

Issue Description

The toolbars and menus disappeared from the user interface for Analyst® software (see below). Restarting the software and the PC did not resolve the issue. Because there are no menu options available, it is not possible to go to the Tools menu to restore the default toolbars. 


 

Resolution

To restore the toolbars, select Alt + T on the keyboard, which then allows access to the Tools menu. When the menus are restored, select the Tools menu and then select Restore default toolbars. If the menus cannot be restored, the command Alt + T + D will also open the tools menu and restore the default toolbars.
