Microsoft Office 365 Cannot Be Activated on SCIEX Acquisition PCs

Issue Description

Microsoft Office 365 may not be able to be activated on certain SCIEX acquisition PCs, such as the Alpha workstation, the SCIEX Workstation/Workstation+ and the Dell T5820 and T7920 computers.

Resolution

Microsoft Office 365 is not supported for installation under the Windows 10 LTSC version, which is found on most acquisition PCs with a SCIEX Windows 10 image. Please consult with SCIEX tech support to resolve this issue.
