How to initiate and activate Auxiliary traces in Analyst® Software version1.7.3

Step 1: Activate the auxiliary traces in the hardware profile configuration.

1. Open the hardware configuration.
2. Deactivate the active profile if applicable.
3. Mark the profile for which the auxiliary traces are to be activated.
4. Click on “Edit Profile…”.
5. Mark the LC for which the auxiliary traces are to be activated.
6. Click on “Setup Device…”.
7. Select the check box for “Enable Aux Trace Monitoring” to configure auxiliary trace.

8. Activate hardware profile with aux trace configured.

9. Open a datafile and select “Explore” in the toolbar.
10. Select “Show” and “Show Auxiliary Traces…”

11. Select auxiliary trace desired from drop down menu.

12. The pressure trace for Pump A is selected as an example.

13. Pressure trace is shown.
