Adding MS/MS information to the MRMHR processing method's Components tab in SCIEX OS software

Data from a MRMHR experiment can be processed in the Analytics tile of the SCIEX OS software. To add MS/MS data into the processing method under the Components tab, the table needs to be filled as shown in the example below:
A compound name, a unique name for the fragment ion, and the fragment mass information are all required. If the Fragment Mass column is blank, then there will not be an option to add the MS/MS spectral data under the Experiment index column. Once the fragment mass information is added, then there will be an option to add the MS/MS data for the precursor ion mass in the Experiment Index. The Fragment (Q3) Mass can be a dedicated fragment ion, or if you acquired a full range of fragment ions, any mass from this range.
