The project name is used when saving a batch, and this allows users to track projects containing the data for global databases in DiscoverQuant™ software. To customize the project information in DiscoveryQuant™ software, follow these steps:

1. Click Edit, then select Preferences in the Setup Optimization workspace.
2. On the Optimize Setup tab, type values in the following fields: Workbook Name, User Name, Lab Name, Lab Group Name, Project Name and Project Code
3. The down arrows become active after each field is populated.
4. Click Save Settings.
