Answer

The default asymmetry factor in SCIEX OS is calculated as follows:
(RT at Height 10% End of Peak - RT at Peak Apex) / (RT at Peak Apex - RT at Height 10% Start of Peak)
This default value can be flagged in the default flagging rule 'Integration Acceptance'.

If you need a customized calculation for the asymmetry factor you could use the Calculated Columns in the quantitation method and set up calculations like this:
([End Time at 10%]-[Retention Time])/([Retention Time]-[Start Time at 10%])
([End Time at 5%]-[Retention Time])/([Retention Time]-[Start Time at 5%])
combined with a custom flagging rule.
Be aware: With this you won't be able to reproduce exactly the same values as calculated by the default column, as the column with the peak apex values is not available in calculated columns and the column containing the retention time uses the centroid retention time (not the apex).
