Answer

An example of a hydrophilic interaction chromatography (HILIC) column that could be used for separating hydrophilic peptides is the HALO HILIC fused-core particle column with unbonded silica (2.7 μm) that can be used in both HILIC and normal-phase modes and provide enhanced sensitivity and peak shape for LC/MS analysis of basic analytes.

This column and other nano- and micro-columns can be found in the SCIEX column catalog  on a list called microNano_columnspart-list. Part numbers for the HALO HILIC column are as follows:

  1. 5030879 Halo HILIC, 5 cm
  2. 5030880 Halo HILIC, 10 cm
  3. 805-05200 Halo C8, 2.7 µm, 90 Å, 5 cm
