SCIEX Trial License Key Not Received

Issue Description

Your email address associated with your Sciex login must be verified when you request a trial license, otherwise you will not receive your trial license key by email.

Resolution

To obtain the trial license key, please verify your email address by logging into the SCIEX website and selecting View Profile and Verify Email. Contact SCIEX technical support if you still do not receive the key.
