Overlaying Two or More Extracted Ion Chromatograms (XICs) in Analyst® Software Explore Mode

Answer

To overlay extracted ion chromatograms (XICs) in Analyst® software Explore mode, click on the first XIC, then select Overlay in the Explore menu (or the icon in the horizontal tool bar ), and then select the second XIC. The second XIC will now appear in the first XIC.


To overlay a third chromatogram, select the pane with the two chromatograms overlaid (top pane, below), click on Overlay, and then select the next XIC to be added (bottom pane, below).


The third chromatogram will appear in the screen with the first and second XICs (top pane, below).
