Applying the Saturation Correction when Working with SCIEX OS AutoPeak Integration Algorithm

Answer

Saturation correction can correct for detector saturation effects. To make these changes in SCIEX OS software when working with the autopeak integration algorithm, go to Integration tab of your quantitation method, click Advanced and select Saturation correction. Please make sure to specify the threshold value (see below).




Only peaks that exceed the saturation threshold will have saturation correction applied.  Peak areas for peaks below the threshold will not be affected when saturation correction is enabled.
