Setup Cannot Continue Error when Installing MultiQuant™ Software

Issue Description

When installing MutliQuant™ software, an error is received that indicates, "Setup cannot continue until all system components have been successfully installed."

Resolution

This error indicates that MultiQuant was installed on a Windows 10 operating system and must be reinstalled on a Windows 7 system.

Verify the system information in the Control Panel by selecting System & Security and then System to see which version of the Windows operating system is installed.
