Absence of Calibration Curve in Analyst® or MultiQuant™ Software Due to Omitted Standard Concentration Values

Issue Description

When using MultiQuant™ or Analyst® software to generate a results table and display a calibration curve, no diagonal line appears in the plot and all points are aligned with zero on the x-axis (Analyte Conc /IS Conc) as shown in the example below.

Resolution

The actual concentration values for the standard samples were not added to the results table, and as a result all peak areas corresponding to standard samples were plotted at the same location on the x-axis (zero). When the actual concentration column is updated with the corresponding concentrations for each standard, the calibration curve automatically updates, and a linear curve fitted through multiple points distributed along the x-axis will appear, restoring the expected appearance of the calibration curve.
