A trial license for the Bio Tool Kit MicroApp can be requested by emailing swlicensing@sciex.com.

To install the Bio Tool Kit license with SCIEX OS software, the license must be first activated using on the License Activation webpage. Then save the license file that is emailed to you to the desktop of the computer where SCIEX OS is installed. Navigate to the Explorer module of SCIEX OS. Then open the Help menu and select Bio Toll Kit Activation. Complete the form that appears (see below) and install the license file from the desktop. You will need to be logged in as an administrator on your computer in order to complete these steps. Once the license is installed, the options available under the Bio Tool Kit menu in the Explorer section will change and include additional features besides Peptide Fragments, Add Manual Reconstruct Highlights, and Remove Manual Reconstruct Highlights.
